Delivery time depends on CORREO ARGENTINO – we do not control shipping times.
Once your purchase is confirmed, we ship it within 24 business hours.
FLEX SHIPPING
We’ve added FLEX shipping for Buenos Aires zones. Here's all the info:
24-hour delivery in CABA, NORTH, WEST, and SOUTH ZONES (limited & selected areas). We use the same radius as Mercado Libre.
Orders placed before 12:00 AM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after will ship the next day.
Shipping price varies depending on location and distance in kilometers.
REQUIRED INFO: Address – city and street number – cross streets – ZIP Code – phone – contact name – reference details.
The buyer or an authorized person must be available to receive the package.
If the required info is missing, delivery will be postponed until it's provided – no exceptions.
If delivery is not possible for any reason, the courier will call the contact provided.
If there's no answer, you'll need to contact AVE2020 to reschedule delivery.
This may result in an extra fee, depending on our company policy.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Option for delivery to your HOME or AGREED PICK-UP POINT
Express shipping is available for customers within 50 KM of our factory in ITUZAINGÓ – WEST ZONE!
Express orders are dispatched Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 AM and 5 PM approx.
We coordinate with the customer prior to shipping.
PICK-UP FROM FACTORY
You can pick up your order at our SHOWROOM IN ITUZAINGÓ – WEST ZONE! From 10 AM to 6 PM
Pick-ups available Monday to Friday.
We are closed on public holidays.
If someone else is picking up the order, please provide their full name in advance.

You may return your item within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN & CONDITIONS:
Contact our customer support center.
The product must be returned in the same condition it was received – unused and in its original packaging with all labels.
If the item came with a box, bag, wrap, keychain, etc., all contents must be returned. The return must be complete.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is altered or incomplete.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
You must provide your bank details and a photo or copy of your ID to process the return.
