Delivery time depends on CORREO ARGENTINO – we do not control the delivery speed.
FLEX DELIVERY
We’ve added FLEX shipping to Buenos Aires zones. Here’s the info:
Immediate delivery within 24h… CABA, NORTH ZONE, WEST ZONE, SOUTH ZONE (limited and selected areas). We follow the same delivery areas as Mercado Libre.
Orders placed before 12 AM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that are shipped the next day.
Shipping cost depends on area and distance in km.
MANDATORY INFORMATION: Full address – neighborhood and street number – cross streets – postal code – phone – contact – reference details.
The buyer or an authorized person must be available to receive the package. If requirements are not met, the order will be postponed without claims.
If delivery fails, we will call the contact number while in the area.
If there’s no answer, the customer must contact AVE2020 to reschedule delivery.
This may incur an additional cost, subject to company policies.
Orders are only processed MONDAY to FRIDAY.
NO SERVICE ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
This is the delivery option to your HOME or an AGREED DELIVERY POINT.
Express deliveries are available for customers in Buenos Aires within a 50 KM range from our factory in ITUZAINGÓ (West Zone)!
Shipments go out on Tuesdays and Thursdays between approximately 11 AM and 5 PM.
We coordinate with the customer before dispatching.
FACTORY PICK-UP
You can pick up your order at our SHOWROOM LOCATED IN ITUZAINGÓ WEST ZONE!
From 10 AM to 6 PM – MONDAY TO FRIDAY
NO SERVICE ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
If someone else picks up the order, their full name will be required.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES<<
You may return your item within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
After that period, no returns will be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN & CONDITIONS
Contact our customer service center.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unused and in its ORIGINAL packaging.
If the product includes a box, bag, film, keychain, etc., all items must be returned – full return required.
Products will not be accepted or refunded if altered.
Refunds: Processed via bank transfer. A photo or copy of ID will be required.
